Today's prompt for The August Break is 'On The Table'
The kitchen table is my favourite spot to work when I have some time to myself. It's close to the kettle and the radio, with good overhead lighting and plenty of space to spread out.
On my kitchen table this evening:
My rather wobbly crochet, destined to be a bag, using the shell pattern on p78 of this book.
This article, about one of my favourite authors.
Planning a knitting spree from Jane Brocket's gorgeous, inspirational book 'The gentle Art of Knitting'
My bag, the contents of which I shared here.
A cup of tea; essential for any comfortable evening's activity.
Assorted yarns, pencils, crochet markers, scissors.
Where do you like to settle down for a spot of work?
